You asked us to explain our qualifications for the position of Primogen.  I must say that my bold deeds are few, my powers eclipsed by those of my elders as a humble neonate, and my list of boons and connections are few and far between.  But what I do offer is a desire to serve.  Simon Bolivar said it best when he stated, 'To be great is to be grand and useful.'  I would be useful.  I have the recommendation of the rest of Clan Brujah, since frankly my fellows would serve the realm in other ways.  I also have the assault against the blood hunted tremere to add to my recent credit.  I have also reason to believe that I may have discovered a method of removing the curse on my intelligence, which might also be of use.
