Mage 20th Games

It took a while, but the Mage 20th book is finally in my possession.  I am considering about five games, but will likely run one by email and one via chat or mush text once a month for 8ish hours.

Here are the five games I am considering.

First, this one, that I outlined a long time ago but was waiting for the book to do.  Pulp super heroes.  Think the Rocketeer meets Carnivalle.  The chat game would likely focus on support cast for the airship, while the email game would focus on a single player controlling each country or taking actions for that country.  Power level would be high.

The second one would basically be an Ars Magica style game, but focus on M20 rules with heavy elements borrowed from actual Ars Magica and Dark Ages Mage.  The email game would potentially involve a player controlling a chantry or group of mages and working on machinations there during the High Middle Ages.  Think Name of the Rose meets Game of Thrones.  Power level would be Medium.

The third one would take place in the far future.  I am likely to use the Numenera setting but the mages would all be Nanos or something else.  Traditions would be worked to fit into the setting.  Reality would be highly flexible.  Think Thundar the Barbarian meets the 100.  Power level would be Medium.  This would likely only work as the chat game.

The fourth game would be set in our world with the players all knowing each other in some form.  I would likely use Dresden Files style rules to put together a chantry and other assets the group has.  All factions and continuity would exist in this campaign that exists in WOD but would be very rare.  The players would start as students and slowly aquire power.  The only difference is that the ability to keep things secret for script purposes would be out the window.  Think Fringe meets the Matrix.  Power level in this game would be low.  The chat game would focus on the friends and the email game would involve controlling nations or governments or powerful factions like clans, traditions, tribes etc, dealing with the fallout.  Power level in this game would be low.

The fifth game would be cross world or even cross time.  Anything and everything would be possible and considerable work would be put into making sure the characters shared destinies and the like.  Think Doctor Who meets Star Trek.  Power level in this game would be High.

If interested, comment, message or email me about which of these five interest you (please list the order if more than one) and which version of each if possible (email or chat)
